Improve your health through movement.

By learning to move mindfully, you can live with less pain, better function, and improve the way you do the things you love.

Learning to Move with Cathy Pollock

Cathy has decades of first-hand experience as a teacher of the Alexander Technique, martial artist, and outdoor sports enthusiast. Helping clients find ease in their bodies.

Whether you are seeking relief from pain or wanting to improve your performance in a certain activity, everything begins with movement and posture. Learning to Move helps people find ease where there is strain, comfort instead of pain, and coordination where there is imbalance.

Providing a safe and inspiring environment in which to explore and learn.

Schedule a private or group session to learn lifelong self-care skills in a supportive environment. The skills you learn are empowering and repeatable, and can be applied to any activity in life.

“As a music teacher in Bend for 37 years, I had some chronic tension in my shoulders as well as headaches. After having just a few Alexander lessons, I began to use my body so efficiently and easily that my tension and headaches were gone and I was filled with energy. I love the way I feel! I cannot say enough about my lessons with Cathy Pollock. She is a complete professional with a very gentle touch and many wise words to lead the student down the path to wellness.”
